ORDER COMPLETION AND
WARRANTY:
• Lais Dilan is a small outfit located in central Pennsylvania. We make no guarantee on
the time of completion of your order due to the handcrafted nature of our
pieces. We do not offer rush orders. We will, however, make every
effort possible to design, fabricate, and ship your order in a timely fashion. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee (through USPS).
• Our warranty explicitly covers any defects in the physical solder around the glass, the physical jump ring (hardware) soldered to the pendant/ornament/piece, or any breakage between the hardware and solder. We do not warranty broken, chipped, shattered, or cracked glass or any damage to the piece including, but not limited to: water damage, fire damage, other elemental damages, getting thrown out the window, or run over by a tractor-trailer. Lais Dilan reserves the right to deny warranty coverage on pieces with questionable damage.
• Customers who wish to return their piece to Lais Dilan for FREE warranty work are required to pay for shipping both to and from our location. Lais Dilan recommends sending a self-addressed stamped envelope (SASE) so we can return your piece to you, but it is entirely the buyer's responsibility to determine appropriate return shipping.

•While the crux of Lais Dilan is to offer custom and unique images in our glass
creations, we reserve the right to refuse any images we deem inappropriate,
illegal, or generally in poor taste.
• Lais Dilan will not knowingly create pieces with copyrighted or trademarked images included. We accept no responsibility, legal or otherwise, for images submitted by customers that we do not recognize as copyrighted or trademarked. Any images with watermarks included anywhere on the picture will also be refused.

SHIPPING INFORMATION AND CHARGES:
•Shipping is based on quantity of items and is currently available only in the
contiguous 48 states. Our main method of shipping is through the United
States Postal Office.
• Shipping charges are as follows:
1-5 items: $5.00
6-10 items: $10.00
11+items: $15.00
• Lais Dilan reserves the right to update and change shipping charges and
providers on an as-needed basis.
